In June 2019, Lock Stock & Barrel came under the new ownership of Kevin & Leeann Barton. The Barton’s have combined hospitality experience of over 30 years!

Kevin graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management. He currently co-owns & operates two successful Rochester Establishments; O’Callaghan’s Pub (18 years) and The Angry Goat Pub (7 years.)

Leeann (David’s cousin) has grown up & worked in the industry since she was 14; specializing in the Front of House operations with 19 years of hospitality experience.

The Barton’s love to ski & Locks seemed like the perfect opportunity for Kevin to full fill his dream of working near the slopes. In 2019, after an 8 month remodel, the newly rebranded Lock Stock Bar & Grill reopened its doors. A quick 45 days after reopen, Locks found itself shutting its doors to the public, forced to work through Covid like so many others by embracing a takeout model. Forever humbled by the local community, as they rallied behind this new adventure; helping Locks not only survive , but continue to thrive in the Bristol Valley. “The community has been monumental in helping us improve a classic concept & continue the legacy that David O established in South Bristol so many years ago. We are proud to be part of that & hope to continue to enrich the community with superior hospitality experiences.”

The couple married in July of 2018, after a number of years together & in July 2019 welcomed James Declan to the family. (He is often found snacking on “hot fries” & enthusiastically talking about his tractors with patrons.) The Barton’s welcomed their second child to the mix in January 2021, with the birth of Callum Bennett. These two have inspired the Barton’s to continue growing Locks as a family oriented experience for all.

We are proud to offer a kind of “Americana menu” ranging from seasonal offerings, classic homestyle comfort foods & premium bar eats. We are always working on expanding our vegetarian & gluten free options. It’s our goal to create a space where there’s something here for everyone, & all walks of life feel welcome.
